Frequently asked

QUESTIONS

  • How do we grade the condition of an item?
We like customers to know exactly what they are buying, so there are several levels of condition stated and detailed pictures of the item you would receive. Condition grades are as follows: Brand New or New - This item is new, either in sealed packaging or in a unused condition. A few items are listed as New with shelf wear or new old stock. This means that the outer packaging may be marked, damaged or creased, but the item within is brand new. Excellent or Like New - This is a used item that looks unused. Very Good - This is a used item that is in very good condition but may show signs of use. Good - These items have obvious signs of wear or age, but are complete and useable. Fair or Playworn - These items are sold as seen. They may have damage, missing parts and will look worn. Use the photos to assess whether you can accept the defects.
  • What if there is a problem with the item I have purchased?
If you receive an item and it differs from what you expect, doesn't work or has been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible. We will then discuss the options available which vary depending on the item. In most cases, a replacement, credit or refund would apply. The only items not eligible for return are items marked Sold as seen.
  • How does the postage rates work?
The postage you pay is determined by the total weight of your order and the cost of the packaging. You will only pay what it actually costs us to post. Our postal rates are based on Royal Mail pricing.
