Rexel Speedguide Edge Binder Model No 53

Vintage 1955 Rexel Speedguide Edge Binder. Interesting vintage item, been in an office cupboard, unused, for several decades! It is designed to be used for binding edging tape ( included! ) to edge of drawings to prevent tearing. Dates from 1955, model no. 53, British made, pat 755.02526cm long x 23cm high. Made of metal, in greenish grey shade 
Condition: I believe this to be in working order but have not been brave enought to have a go. Supplied in original box, which is complete but has some damage to the lid.
